The successful applicant will be expected to manage all HR functions and ensure alignment with the brand objectives. The ideal candidates will possess substantial experience in HR practices and employee relations and communicate with the board of directors and senior management to present innovative ideas and propose solutions while taking into account budgetary constraints and our corporate culture.
The Role:
* In partnership with the hiring managers, develop and deliver alongside the strategic resource plan ensuring great talent acquisition decisions are taken
* Budget management and control in partnership with Finance
* Encouraging internal development, and identifying opportunities for talent to develop internally.
* Positively drive and promote the use of the talent development processes
* Partner with people managers to create a talent pipeline
* Attract and retain top talent
* Create an internal and external talent pipeline
* Work closely with the HR Advisor, so that they are fully informed of all of the new and replacement positions
* Take part in the recruitment process and interview when needed
* Regularly review and update HR Policies and Procedures
* Ensure all Employee Relations matters are resolved in a fair and timely manner
* Partner with the Compensation & Benefits team to deliver annual salary review recommendations
* Complete all Exit interviews and flag any issues to senior management
* Assist with ad-hoc projects as directed by the Head of HR and HR Director
Requirements
* Proven work experience as an HR business partner
* Excellent people management skills
* Analytical and goal oriented
* Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
* Thorough knowledge of labour legislation
* Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
* BS degree in Human Resources or related field
