Job Description:
The European HR team has an opportunity for a high calibre candidate who is keen to pursue their career in Human Resources. The role will provide comprehensive HR Operations support to the Firm across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Working closely to support the existing US based HR Operations team in all areas including identifying and driving process improvements across all HR Operations modules. The role will be a 12 month fixed term contract.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Onboarding: Completion of internal onboarding, WorkDay onboarding and administration of candidates and joiners, working with internal teams on new starters and transfers.
2. Job Changes and Separation: Complete all job changes in Workday and issue related documentation, complete separation process in Workday and IT Service Now, and issue related documentation, update benefits impacted by the changes or separation.
3. General: Answering employees' general HR queries that come into HR Operations, updating staff records and maintaining confidential filing, complete required audits of data, participating in specific projects and performing ad-hoc requests as determined by the HR team.
Requirements
1. Experience of 2+ years preferred.
2. Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
3. Strong communication skills with ability to converse at all levels effectively both verbally and in writing.
4. A high level of client service skills.
5. Knowledge of all MS Office packages in particular Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
6. Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency.
7. Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
8. Quick learner, detail oriented; demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
9. Experience of WorkDay desirable.
10. Experience of HR Service a bonus.
11. General understanding of HR policies and procedures an advantage but not essential.
