A new and rare opportunity has arisen for a Buying Manager to join the Meat, Fish, Poultry and Eggs category in the Fresh Foods Division. The successful candidate will be looking after Fresh Primary Chicken, an area which is at the heartland of Fresh Food as Chicken is a key driver to winning the total Tesco shopping basket. This opportunity is to lead the Buying and Category Strategy for Chicken, where our ambition is to Sell More Better Quality Chicken, delivered through market leading quality, a welfare step change, and relentless focus on availability and pricing.
