Job Overview
As a CDP, you will play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team in food preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills and grow within a dynamic hospitality environment.
Duties
1. Assist in food preparation under the guidance of senior kitchen staff
2. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
3. Support with cooking tasks as needed
4. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
5. Follow food safety standards and regulations
6. Assist in supervising junior kitchen staff when required
Requirements
1. Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is desirable
2. Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
3. Ability to work well in a team environment
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills

Pay: £11.44-£12.80 per hour
