We are looking for a design manager for our client who specializes in the modular construction industry.
Role Overview:
Design Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing design projects within the construction sector, contributing to the success of various projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage design processes within construction projects.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
3. Provide leadership and guidance to the design team.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, with a preference for modular construction knowledge.
2. Proven experience managing design in construction.
3. Must have qualification in Architecture and Building Regulations as a minimum.
Essential Skills:
1. Proficient in AutoCAD (minimum requirement).
2. Knowledge of Revit and Procore is preferable.
