A thriving, growth-oriented and above all, FUN, company are looking for an organisational whizz to join their busy team as an Office Administrator.
You'll play a super important role within this busy and bustling office to ensure everything is ticking over as it should be, and the office remains a motivating and uplifting place to work.
As well as general office administration, you'll also get involved in payroll administration, which is why you need to have a keen eye for detail and numbers. Your accuracy needs to be spot on!
Whilst previous experience in a similar role is desirable, the most important thing here is your personality, so if you regard yourself as fun-loving, friendly, hardworking, outgoing and motivated - then get in touch!
What you'll be doing...
Overseeing day-to-day office administration and coordination
Handling administrative tasks for the wider team, predominantly the payroll team
Taking care of incoming calls and emails - either handling the query yourself or escalating to the right person
Data entry
Be the first port of call for any office related issues and resolving these quickly
