You will specialise in reactive repairs and the refurbishments of void properties. What will you bring as a Painter and Decorator? Qualified to an NVQ level 2 or similar professional body. Experience working in a residential maintenance and repairs works environment would be very advantageous. Excellent customer and communication skills. You will be representing Ian Williams, working within close residential environments. Driving license, with eligibility to drive in the UK.
