Customer Care Advisor
Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for an immediate start?
As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain regular communication with patients, conduct stock checks, and ensure their continued satisfaction with our products and services. This role also involves processing orders for medical appliances and medications, and liaising with healthcare providers to follow up on prescription requests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage your daily workload to ensure timely and consistent patient contact.
2. Conduct all patient interactions to the highest standard, adhering to our quality guidelines.
3. Handle inbound telephony queries with professionalism and care.
4. Accurately input data, including processing patients' first orders.
5. Achieve daily performance targets set by the business.
6. Adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment to meet business needs.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and GDPR requirements.
8. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in a call centre environment would be a distinct advantage.
2. Exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. A compassionate and relationship-focused approach to customer care.
4. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00-5.00. Office based. This is a temp role with possibility of becoming permanent for the successful applicant.
