Job Title: Executive Project, Operations & Marketing Coordinator
Location: Flexible Remote - London
Salary: £60k - £70k DOE
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Project, Operations & Marketing Coordinator to support the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in managing projects, marketing, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent multitasking skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently while engaging effectively with senior stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, drive key projects, and develop expertise in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive & Administrative Support:
The CSO works remotely, managing a demanding schedule of client-facing and internal meetings while requiring dedicated non-meeting time. Occasional travel within London, Barnet, and Europe (quarterly) is required.
You will provide:
1. Diary management, prioritising and organising meetings.
2. Ensuring background information and agendas are available.
3. Scheduling preparation time and managing priorities.
4. Travel arrangements (occasional).
5. Ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
1. Pre-Sales & Deal Support:
Managing priority tracking, action items, and information gathering. Preparing presentations, status reports, and client proposals.
1. Marketing Support:
Social Media & Website: Managing content calendars, drafting posts, and overseeing approvals. Case Studies & Brochures: Coordinating production, gathering content, drafting, and publishing. Marketing Budget: Tracking expenses, managing approvals, and preparing forecasts.
1. Strategic Initiatives & GTM Campaigns:
The CSO oversees key strategic initiatives, including service development, internal digitalisation, and Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns. Support includes:
1. Market research, workflow documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
2. Managing business case development and project deliverables.
3. Budget tracking, cost management, and forecasting.
4. Organising meetings, action tracking, and approvals.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
1. Education: First-class or 2:1 degree from a Russell Group or internationally equivalent university; a master's or Executive MBA is preferred.
2. Experience: Strong background in project coordination or operations management, ideally in technology or financial services.
3. Skills: Excellent organisation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive, service-oriented mindset with confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
