We are a duel site conference and private events venue in East Malling looking for a Full time Sales & Events Coordinator to work alongside our busy team. This role will provide an opportunity to see through the life cycle of our events end to end, including viewing & sales as well as coordination and management. You will be supported by our established team which includes a sales manager and Events manager who will assist in your professional development.

Job Description
About the Sales & Events Coordinator role:
* To work throughout the year to support both the sales and events managers during their busy periods, including supporting on wedding fairs, open days and operational tasks.
* To coordinate & operationally lead on site events
* To set up room andmanaging room turn arounds
* To be present at events, greeting clients.
* To manage catering logistics, including event file handling, event briefing sheet and service plans
* To ensure all sales enquiries and client feedback are managed professionally and in a timely manner
* To conduct events viewings, sending quotes and follow up information promptly
* To continuously work towards improving sales and service
* Bring new ideas to the team
* Covering annual leave for team members
About the ideal candidate:
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable due to the face paced nature of the business
* Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic environment
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire
* Flexibility to work on events as and when required.
* Team work is essential
