We have exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing luxury fragrance brand, who work closely with the world's finest perfumers to craft an extraordinary collection of fragrances, ensuring every moment is enveloped in captivating scents.
As a Senior Client Advisor in their flagship boutique, you will be a key driver of sales by delivering an exceptional client journey, guiding clients through the luxurious fragrance collections to post-sale follow-up and retention.
The Role:
* Driving sales by actively engaging with clients and offering expert product knowledge
* Building and nurturing long-term client relationships, fostering loyalty through personalised communication and follow-ups
* Collaborating with the CRM Specialist to plan and execute in-store events and personalised client activations
* Supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives
* Tracking and analysing client feedback
* Maintaining standards on the shop floor
* Assisting with inventory management and additional operational duties
About You:
* 1+ years experience in a luxury brand
* Fluent Arabic speaking is preferred
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
* Experience with clientelling and CRM
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills
* Proactive
* Passionate about luxury fragrance
* Availability to work flexible working hours

* £30,000 basic
