Job Title: Reward & Benefit IT Product Owner

Salary: Circa £70,000
What you'll be doing:
* This role will be accountable for the technical vision and execution within the product and capability to proactively create ongoing results, leading delivery squads in a DevOps environment to achieve results and break down and prioritise Epics features and stories to deliver value.
* You will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's HR processes are efficiently supported and optimised through technology, driving effective compensation, rewards, and benefits strategies, enhancing/supporting the overall employee experience, whilst maintaining data integrity controls within Success Factors.
* Partnering with the Service, Process Owners and Centre of Excellence to collaboratively materialise cost-saving opportunities through process efficiency, automation, and best practice across the industry.
* Proactively seeking simplification with UX at the forefront of all development, standardisation, and efficiencies on process and tools, facilitating process expertise within teams and achieving buy-in from key stakeholders to implement change.
* Supports the Centre of Excellence and Global Process Owners to effectively crystallise proposed business outcomes through clear business case and scope development, whilst driving relative prioritisation. The role will develop Technology Roadmaps supported by the Function and Service.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Previous technical/functional in-depth experience on enterprise systems such as Success Factors or HCM products (Employee Lifecycle), Compensation Management, Recognition and Appreciation, Employee Engagement, and Benefits Administration and relevant Success Factor modules.
* Deep knowledge of Back-office Processes and good working knowledge of integrated systems.
* Experience in analysis of process, data, and systems overlay to ascertain inefficiencies and propose change.
* A thorough understanding of ITSM process and best practice.
* Knowledge of the development life cycle of software.
* Sound understanding of AGILE/SCRUM in practice.
Desirable:
* A good record in working with senior customers, business leaders, and senior supplier stakeholders, building relationships on the foundations of trust, openness, good communications, and honesty.

The Reward & Benefit IT Product Owner will work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing management of the Success Factors Rewards and Benefits platform. This role will be critical in ensuring our organisation's rewards and benefits offerings align with business goals and foster employee satisfaction.
