Job Description This is a permanent full time position, working a 35 hour week, Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work between 7am and 7pm. This scope of work is supporting External Analytical Strategy and Management (EASM) which involves support in the monitoring of external project activities, facilitating and/or leading project progress meetings with Contract Testing Laboratories (CTLs), communication of and resolution of issues and escalations. The role supports the maintenance of the outsourced book-of-work database for selected strategic partners and will involve liaising with relevant technical leads and project teams and CTL’s, to support related activities such as preparation for operational review meetings, collation of survey data, co-ordination of project work and maintenance of relevant data resources. Job Responsibilities Provide management support to Contract Testing Laboratories (CTLs). Monitoring of external project activities, facilitating and/or leading project progress meetings with Contract Testing Laboratories (CTLs), communicate/perform issue resolution and escalations. Supports the maintenance of the outsourced book-of-work database for selected strategic partners (SSP’s). Supports and maintains relationships with CTLs, coordinates project work, supports collaborations with SS&P to support SRM (negotiate pricing, contracting, metrics tracking). Liaises between development scientists, Analytical Technical Leads (ATLs) and CTLs. Liaise with project teams for the set-up of analytical testing at CTLs. Supports Spend Tracker monthly spend activities/reclass for selected strategic partners. Supports yearly CTL Monitoring requirements. Supports overseas import license application requirements. Maintains SharePoint sites for CTL information sharing, including work request (WR) completion. Maintains contract/Scope of work trackers for CTLs. Creates, executes, and reviews responses to survey questions as part of the CTL Operational Review Meeting (ORM). Builds influential relationships with key EASM and analytical functional leaders to develop solutions, reports, dashboard and perform resource analysis. Identifies, aids, and supports process improvements. Collects and measures productivity through agreed metrics such as number of tests performed, cycle times, lab/product issues, number of hours worked per project, etc. Able to work autonomously. Ensures that the customer gets the best possible service by continually reviewing best practice in relation to both commercial and quality issues and ensuring 100% ethical work standards and GMP compliance. Awareness of the customer’s requirements and strive to meet or exceed those requirements keeping in mind the customer process end points. Deals with customer queries and contacts designated personnel, with appropriate support from onsite leadership, with any relevant information or issues relating to test results or the service in general. To revise SOPs and other applicable documentation as required. Decisions impacting the client must be approved by the client prior to communicating with the CTLs, for example, project timelines, key deliverables, etc. To ensure that all documentation is carried out on time, is accurate and legible and conforms to the relevant quality standards. Ensures compliance with and maintains required training in relevant client and departmental GMP, GLP, SOP, safety, and other guidelines.
