Role: Operations Planner - Interim

Are you an experienced Planner looking to supply the essential ingredients at Haribo? Do you want to experience childlike happiness, every day at work?
You will need the following ingredients:
1. Responsible for determining weekly Production and Packing requirements by SKU through MRP analysis.
2. Monitor stock levels of finished goods to ensure Inventory supports Customer Service targets-report and act on any Supply concerns
3. Communicate and work closely with Sales/Demand teams to achieve highest possible level of customer service, by challenging forecast accuracy.
4. Manage and monitor Packing & Production orders in the system
5. Monitor full capacity v demonstrated within the factory- ensure plans are agreed
6. Responsible for the effective and efficient running of Packing Planning, producing Daily Packing Plans and ensuring the Movex system is monitored and maintained to support Packing activities. (creating Manufacturing/Packing Orders, monitoring and closing where appropriate)
7. Plan and Schedule Packing Orders and ensure effective communication of plans/changes within the factory
8. Work closely with HOD’s/Supervisors to agree overtime and support the Factory to achieve efficiency, including Labour Management
9. Monitor short raw material warnings and work closely with Purchasing to minimise impact on the factory
10. Help develop ERP/MRP system to improve current manual procedures including developing MPS, RCCP and MRP outputs
11. Support development of KPI’s and reporting of performance across the Supply Chain
12. To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required.
13. Work alongside the current Stock Controller/s at P2 to ensure that Packing raw materials are on site when required.
14. Check Production Tonnage daily, making sure DBE/M3 interfaces have run correctly, and all data is aligned.
15. Daily checks and recording of waste held in Factory and report against plans when consumed.
How you’ll contribute to the mix:
16. ERP/MRP experience, preferably MOVEX/SAP
17. Very concise attention to detail.
18. Good understanding of Supply chain
