Are you an expert with the ARIS platform? If you’re technically astute in business process management principles and methodologies, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. We’re seeking a Business Process Management CoE (Centre of Excellence) Lead to join our Business Change team.
You’ll be responsible for managing and optimising the ARIS platform, ensuring its effective use across the organisation alongside the ARIS administrator. You’ll also manage the establishment of the CoE to drive best practices, standardisation, and continuous improvement in business process management.
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead the CoE to support the build assurance and development of ARIS as a Process Model / repository to have an integrated view of the Enterprise.
* Develop and provide technical support to the ARIS user community to share best practices and common standards.
* Create and deliver appropriate training material to upskill Business Analysts in the team to use process modelling in ARIS and drive consistency.
* Work closely with the business units, central functions, and external resources to drive maximum value from the tool.
* Manage and maintain the ARIS platform, including user access, system configuration, and upgrades.
* Ensure the integrity and security of Data Sources and libraries and manage governance processes.
* Maintain, clean, and organise database including implementing quality assurance processes.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in business process management and ARIS technology.
* Support the operational excellence agenda, advocate to integrate strategy into transformation portfolios, individual initiatives and business cases, incl. operating model impacts.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience as an ARIS Administrator or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of business process management and methodologies.
* Experienced in training creation and delivery.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Facilitation and influencing skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of XML is an advantage.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
