Recruitment Administrator - Manchester / Leeds / Liverpool - 12 Months +Great opportunity to join a busy, successful, and established inhouse recruitment team, and can be based from Manchester, Leeds or Liverpool (as well as a very flexible hybrid working policy). As a Recruitment Administrator you will work closely with the Recruitment team to understand their business needs and provide proactive admin & resourcing support. Varied role to include:• Supporting the Recruitment Managers in all aspects of the recruitment process ( sourcing candidates / reviewing applications / arranging interviews / raising offers and onboarding ) • Raising requisitions on the recruitment system • Liaising with our Advertising partners to advertise roles • Sourcing candidates via various means • Reviewing applications and sending CVs to Hiring Managers for review • Liaising with Hiring Managers/candidates to arrange Interviews • Targeted LinkedIn searches • Raising & sending agency Terms & Conditions • Sourcing and setting up new agencies • Keeping the ATS ( recruitment system ) up to date • Reporting – Keeping up to date records/spreadsheets • Supporting with our Early Careers ( Graduate & Apprentice ) Intake • Attending/supporting recruitment events when required • Completing and keeping spreadsheets up to date • Updating the recruitment system/ATS About You:• Positivity, enthusiasm and an ability to work as part of a team....
