Business Development Executive
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our clients enthusiastic and supportive team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in driving our business forward by growing and building a robust pipeline for future years. Your focus will be on booking appointments and continuing professional development with key influencers.
Main Responsibilities
* Make engaging outbound phone calls to introduce new and existing products to architects.
* Schedule presentations and appointments for our external representatives.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to reach out to new architectural practices effectively.
* Keep your line manager updated on successes, milestones, and key metrics.
* Follow up on leads from the web and samples sent, ensuring exceptional service and converting leads into appointments.
* Maintain a clean and organized database for smooth operations.
Skills and Attributes:
* Previous experience in sales, telephone outreach, or customer service is essential.
* Goal-oriented, persistent, and driven to achieve results.
* Patient demeanour with the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
* High adaptability to changing environments and tasks.
* Familiarity with CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
* Self-disciplined with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
