Systems / Data Analyst: £35,000pa, Plymouth, Hybrid, 2 year Fixed-term contract
A leading conservation charity has engaged us on an exclusive, retained basis to source a systems / data analyst for them on a 2-year Fixed-term contract.
The organisation is going through a modernisation of its back-office systems, implementing a new CRM, Point-of-sale (POS), fundraising and finance / payroll solutions as well as looking to modernise its data management and reporting along with this, where much of the work has been historically managed in spreadsheets.

Please note: You must be a resident with full right to work in the UK, we cannot offer visa sponsorship.
You must also be able to travel regularly to site in Plymouth.
You will:
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to review current data sources, map out current data processes, how they are currently used and consolidate and automate processes where possible, as well as identifying use cases and opportunities to facilitate better working using the new systems.
* Engage with third party providers in the implementation of the systems to ensure they are fit for purpose.
* Roll out the new systems, support adoption, train users, and help them to understand the potential opportunities to improve their work using these new solutions.
* Coordinate the implementation of Business Intelligence capabilities where appropriate.
* Support the business with ensuring GDPR compliance, looking to identify risks and inform policy & process in relation to this

Essential Skillset / Experience:
* 1-2+ years in a relevant IT role (Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Implementor etc)
* Commercial experience working with SQL
* Excellent communication skills
* Confident engaging & building relationships with stakeholders: internal & external; all levels of seniority; technical & non-technical
Desirable Skillset / Experience:
* Computer Science / relevant STEM degree / qualification
* Power BI, Power Automate
* Commercial experience implementing and rolling out back-office / business systems
* Commercial experience training users on new systems, helping them get the most out of them
* Experience working in charities with relevant platforms such as Raiser's Edge
