What you will be doing:
1. Provide support to the Business Development team delivering the business and regional plans.
2. Create plans for the growth of International territories and follow these plans through.
3. Focus on Account Management process, supporting Learning Partners and conducting LP Review Meetings.
4. Feed the intelligence from the meetings back into Business Development to be actioned. Also to convert leads into the CRM and work the leads through to application panel stage.
5. Provide administrative services including diary management, event planning, organising travel, and correspondence.
6. Assist in supporting the Senior Officer (Business Development) with all tasks required/requested to support the Business Development Strategy team.
7. Work through the accreditation process with organisations who wish to become Learning Partners, always following the correct processes.
8. Be responsible for setting up Learner Partner Review Meetings as per their review cycles. Ensure calendar links are sent to Learner Partners and that Meeting Minutes files are kept up to date.
9. Follow up on action points for the Heads, Leads and Senior Specialist (Business Development) from key meetings.
10. Contribute to operational planning to support NEBOSH in achieving their business goals.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Experience of working as an account executive is preferable.
2. Experience of account management in a dynamic environment.
3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
4. Ability to recognise, prioritise and deal with important and sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
5. Experience of using a CRM.
6. A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise.
7. Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing, paying particular attention to detail, and with an excellent command of English.
8. Ability to attend meetings and take accurate and concise minutes or action note decisions.
9. A willingness to work flexibly as an effective team member.
