Job Title: Revenue Controller/Credit Controller
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Controller/Credit Controller to join our team at Francis Wilks & Jones. As a key member of our Debt Recovery Team, you will be responsible for managing the firm's aged debt and supporting our solicitors with client matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage the firm's internal credit control system using our case management software (Visual Files)
* Prepare and issue formal letters, including letters before action/ Letters of Claims to clients
* Liaise with solicitors and Partners to progress debt collection of their matters
* Analyse the current credit control processes and identify opportunities for improvement
* Meet with the Practice Director and Accounts Manager to discuss aged debt and progression of overdue sums
* Process payments in from bankline
* Cover annual leave/absences for the legal cashier
Requirements:
* Previous experience of providing administrative support to fee-earning lawyers is advantageous
* Previous Credit Control experience is essential
* Proficiency in a case management software system
* Competent IT Skills, including Microsoft applications
