Job Description
The Operations Manager role is to oversee all operational elements of the business to ensure a consistent high-quality service delivery to meet our client needs. In parallel to this, play a key client interfacing role in onboarding clients and their properties/sites to ensure we understand the client’s requirements and that we are providing a high level of service to the customer’s satisfaction. Opportunities to progress and take on more responsibility as the business grows.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
2. Onboarding clients and their properties/sites
3. Recruitment and training/staff development
4. Line management of Team Leaders responsible for cleaning staff
5. Management of all subcontracted services
6. Quality Control and service excellence
7. Complaints management
8. Reviewing opportunities for continual improvement of operational efficiencies
9. Keeping up to date with industry standards and proactively proposing strategic developments the company should take
10. Stock and equipment strategic review and management
11. Management of stock storage facility and office space
12. Health & Safety management
13. Supporting operational team members as required to ensure business continuity
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior operational delivery role
2. Confident working to KPI’s and driving team standards through metrics
3. Experience of operating in a fast-paced environment
4. Excellent IT skills
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Self-motivated to work independently or as part of a team
7. Diligent attention to detail
8. Preferably with NEBOSH H&S accreditation or willing to work towards
