Since its inception at a local market stall in 2018, LANX has witnessed remarkable growth. Boasting a dedicated team of 40+ staff and growing, participation in over 20+ major UK events annually, a store in Manchester’s bustling Northern Quarter, and official footwear supplier to some of the UK’s finest sports teams. LANX is on an ambitious path of growth and is eager to expand the team with people that share our values and commitment to quality.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Head of Brand will shape the creative vision and lead all major brand campaigns at LANX. You’ll be responsible for developing bold, impactful ideas that elevate the LANX brand across all channels. This includes collection launches, partnerships, collaborations, events, YouTube strategy, and major campaigns. You’ll ensure that every piece of creative reflects LANX’s unique identity and connects with our audience in an authentic way.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* New footwear - launch campaigns - approx 12 per year
* New accessories - launch campaigns- approx 6 per year
* New sports collaborations - launch campaigns - qty tbc
* New key collaboration - launch campaigns - 4 per year
* YouTube monthly - ‘Sole Purpose’ series’ - longer form content - 1 per month
* Annual Christmas LANXY campaign - 1 campaign per year
* Annual Summer Sale - Back Door campaign - 1 campaign per year
* Annual Black Friday - Back Door campaign - 1 campaign per year
* Key external event - campaigns; Badminton, Royal Highland, Game Fair, Big Feastival, Goodwood Revival - 5 key events per year
* Seasonal Best Seller & Style updates - Spring / Summer/ Autumn / Winter - 4 per year
* Website & product photography - ongoing work with internal and external creatives
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage the below team members ensuring their work is well thought out, on time and on brand;
* Brand Content Lead
* Social Creative & Content Lead
* Paid Social Creative & Content Lead
* Partnership Lead
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* 5+ years in a senior creative or brand leadership role, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or a similar consumer-focused industry.
* Able to plan and bring together detailed photo-shoots off-site working alongside multiple stakeholders and contractors
* Proven experience leading multi-channel brand campaigns from ideation to execution.
* Strong visual and storytelling abilities, with a deep understanding of how to create impactful content that resonates with different audiences.
* Experience managing creative teams and external agencies.
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) is a plus, but not essential.
* Ability to keep a brand's core aesthetic “on-brand” and true to its roots
* Work with other members of the LANX team to ensure the creative provided suits everyone's needs
* Ensure that every platform (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) is considered and receives tailored, impactful content that speaks to its specific audience.
* Lead and inspire creative teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with the brand vision and pushing for high-quality, impactful work.
* Ensure that all creative direction is clear, concise, and understood by everyone involved—from content creators to external agencies.
* Experience creating content for; Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn
* Creating clear briefs for others to follow

WORKING DAY & HOURS:
* Full time
* Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
PLACE OF WORK:
* LANX HQ, Whalley, BB7 9YE
* Remote working not available
ANNUAL LEAVE:
* Permitted 28 days annual leave per year
* Permitted a maximum of 5 days of annual leave in October each year
* Due to an exceptionally busy trading period, not permitted to take annual leave in November, December and the first 2 weeks of January
* There may be a Christmas shut down in December for all staff, for which annual leave must be used, dates tbc
* Please note bank holidays are regarded as normal working days at LANX - however staff may request these as annual leave
MUST WORK:
* Annual Sample Sale Weekend - usually March, date tbc
* 2 additional days around Black Friday - usually end of Nov
* For the above additional days annual leave will be granted, or you can be paid 1.5 your normal day rate
