Job Title: Tenancy Management Officer
Salary: £28,000 - £30,395
Contract: Permanent
Location: Regional
Weekly Hours: 35
Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Management Officer to lead on the delivery of an end-to-end generic tenancy management and safety compliance service across Your Housing Group's six high-risk tower blocks in Liverpool, that is both brilliant and customer centric.
Working Week
Living locally in or around Liverpool, you will travel around your 'patch' with the freedom to manage your diary around your customer visits and stakeholder meetings. You will also be required to visit our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington (WA3 7QH) for meetings and training as and when required.
Responsibilities
First and foremost, you will be working independently, taking the lead on the delivery of a first-class, end-to-end customer focused tenancy management service. You will have the flexibility to manage your own diary, choose a suitable working location that works for you and your customer base, and influence how our estates and neighbourhoods look and feel.
Qualifications
To be successful as a Tenancy Management Officer here at YHG, you will have:
* Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of social housing and property/tenancy management.
* Good knowledge of best practice in safeguarding adults and safeguarding children.
* A good level of understanding of Housing Management and relevant Housing services.
* Good knowledge of legislation and regulation in respect of building safety and fire prevention.
Ideally, you will:
* Have a passion for delivering consistently high levels of customer service and making a positive difference to our customers' lives.
* Be a real team player, working closely with colleagues within your own team and cross-department decisions.
Benefits
In return, we offer £28,000 - £30,395 per annum for a 35-hour week, and 25 days annual leave (holidays also increase with length of service) plus Bank Holidays. Our employee deal offers much more than just a competitive salary and holiday allowance.
We trust our people to manage their own diaries; if you need time for an appointment, the school run, or an exercise class, as long as it fits with business needs, we're open to what works for you too. When you need to collaborate with your team, you can visit Youggle House - our wellbeing, social, collaboration, and meeting space.
On top of this, we'll provide you with a great benefits package, including a contributory pension where we match whatever you choose to contribute (up to 8%), an advanced level Healthcare cash plan through BHSF, and an amazing discount scheme that gives you access to half-price cinema tickets, subsidised gym memberships, and a huge range of discounts with some of the biggest high street and online names.
