Senior Sales Development Representative - High-Growth Cyber Security Startup
Location: Manchester City Centre (King Street)
Base Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
OTE: £55,000+ (uncapped commission structure)

The Opportunity:
As our first SDR hire, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape and lead our sales development function. This role offers a clear path to leadership, with plans for you to build and manage an SDR team within 6-12 months.
Role Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound sales initiatives and help build our SDR function from the ground up
- Collaborate with our high-performing marketing team to qualify and convert leads
- Target and exceed monthly meeting quotas (20+ qualified meetings per month)
- Participate in UK and US industry events as a company representative
- Work closely with founders to establish and optimize sales processes

Required Experience:
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience
- Track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Tech sector experience preferred but not essential
