As a team:
People in the Sales career track grow pipeline and sales by supporting, managing or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities in a specific area or across a range of Accenture offerings. They progress by deepening sales skills and/or developing new related skills, growing into more complex sales roles, laterally, upward, or in their current position.
The Sales Teams lead the sale of large and complex opportunities at Accenture in the UK and Ireland across a variety of different industries. It is a dynamic team made up of Sales Origination Leads, Sales Capture Leads, Deal Shapers and Bid Managers who lead and support opportunities that often combine the full breadth of Accenture. This is an exciting and vibrant team who bring to bear the best of sales at Accenture within a team environment that positively encourages growth and promotion.
What responsibilities will you have?

* Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients in the given portfolio.
* Develop relationships with the leadership and account executives of key Ecosystem partners to jointly engage in pre-sales and qualification activities.
* Effectively engage with the C-suite to maintain their continued support of the Accenture and D&AI propositions.
* Use differentiators to shape propositions unique to the D&AI capability.
* Facilitate the negotiations and closing activities.
* Manage the opportunity from sales origination, pursuit to close (depending on level of experience).
* Establish qualification and win strategy and power map.
* Champion the D&AI offerings both internally and externally, driving awareness of the value.
What skills & experience are we looking for?

* Leading sales, particularly for Data and AI type solutions.
* Extensive experience in developing D&AI sales strategy for accounts & tuned in with industry trends.
* Deep knowledge of Data Solutions and AI/Gen AI solutions & technologies.
* Experience in identifying opportunities & engaging with clients to tailor D&AI solutions using a consultative selling approach.
* Good network of clients and CDIO contacts.
* Originating sales and relationships with C-suite clients, both at established and emerging clients.
* Working with Account D&AI SMEs and Industry Leads to develop curated propositions and campaigns.
* Coordinating internal approvals (including initial qualification) and sales team resources; manage solution/proposition development, client interactions and relevant client demonstrations.
* May supervise or manage other Sales Capture Leads or other sales team members (depending on level of experience).
What academic qualifications do you need?
Degree educated or equivalent.
