Job Title: SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN) Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities Assist students in developing academic skills and achieving learning goals Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed Communicate with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in students' education Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN strategies and best practises Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Strong organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional certification in SEN teaching Experience using assistive technology in teaching Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN in an educational setting. The work may require travel to different locations within the Oxfordshire area. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
