As part of the global SAP S/4 HANA and o9 Planning Transformation change management team, you will drive change management for a workstream of one of the largest transformations within Mondelēz, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of new SAP S/4 HANA EWM warehouse management systems and processes in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. Mondelēz is proceeding with a selective transformation approach, which means reviewing processes for opportunities to harmonize them, improve user interfaces, creating a digital core of systems that talk to each other, and more.
How you will contribute
You will:
1. Act as a change partner and inspire people to embrace, adopt, and sustain the change
2. Work with leaders to develop a compelling change story and case for change
3. Identify and map stakeholders
4. Develop and execute change management strategies and plans
5. Identify and assess the change impacts to the organization
6. Define personas and map user journeys
7. Define, design and execute strategic change management interventions
8. Create and execute a comprehensive communication and engagement plan
9. Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders
10. Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
11. 6+ years of change management experience in a corporate environment
12. Experience managing and influencing stakeholders
13. Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management
14. Creativity and experience using latest communication tools
15. A passion for change and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
16. Knowledge of warehouse management processes and exposure to SAP S/HANA highly preferred
