Holt Recruitment is working with an electronics manufacturer in Poole. They are looking for a sales administrator to join the office on a permanent, full-time basis.
What’s the role?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers (AMs). The role involves handling customer-related tasks, documentation, and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist BDMs and AMs by managing customer-related tasks, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track and monitor the sales process from initial engagement to ongoing account management, ensuring all necessary steps are documented and completed.
- Record and take action on items from customer account review meetings.
- Resolve customer queries and issues resulting from BDM meetings, collaborating with shared service departments as needed.
- Maintain and regularly update data on the CRM systems to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure exceptional after-sales service.
- Record, track, and provide accurate reports on sales calls, visits, and pipeline activity to the DMD and sales team.
What do you need?
- Proficiency in Excel and MS tools.
- Confident working with Database systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Administration background.
