Senior Account Director
Team - Creative Marketing
Location - London Office - Hybrid
Summary:
Creative Marketing at AXON is all about doing the right thing. We believe that’s about honest consultation with clients, so we act in their interests but not always according to their brief. Insightful consideration to unlock more value. And pushing creativity upstream to give it more clout. All this gives us confidence in what we deliver, and builds confidence in us.
As an Art Director at AXON, you’ll be responsible for conceptual and design solutions to meet marketing strategies from concept to completion. The Art Director will be someone who can lead and inspire award-winning creative thinking, maintaining and setting new standards for the agency. You’ll work within an integrated team to make sure briefs are killer. You’ll help them see the opportunity in every piece of work that comes in, large or small - making sure experiences, campaigns and all work is outstanding. Additionally, you will also work closely with medical and copywriting to develop and oversee campaigns that are coherent, cohesive, and impactful. To be chosen for this role, you’ll need to be an expert in design and art direction within the healthcare sector and someone who provokes the thinking, and the briefs, to bring out the best in the wider team. You’ll be an influential creative voice in the agency, championing great work and setting the bar to which we all strive. We are also looking for someone who has amazing client-facing skills, someone who can help us with new business opportunities and ultimately help us achieve our planned growth goals for the future.
You will have a proactive and perceptive approach to internal and external relationships and be able to demonstrate diplomacy, enthusiasm and honesty at all times. Our goal is to hire people who want to build strong team dynamics based on openness and mutual respect, and a drive to do the best work of your career.
This is very much a hands-on role with responsibility for a range of accounts. We have no doubt that it will be challenging at times, but the right candidate will enjoy rising to the challenge. You’ll also benefit from a vibrant and sociable work environment and a strong feeling of camaraderie. Teamwork and collaboration are at the heart of our business offering and you’ll notice how well we all work together if you come in to see us for an interview. There are tight deadlines, fast-moving projects and clients who only demand the best from us – but if you’re the sort of person who thrives in this type of environment then we’d love to hear from you.
