We have a fantastic opportunity for a positive and enthusiastic Human Resources Administrator who has excellent administration skills, to support our team at Woolmer Hill School.
As an integral member of the HR team, the post holder will assist the Business Operations Manager, taking responsibility for HR administration within the school, undertaking duties across a range of HR activities including recruitment and selection, data management and reporting, compliance and general HR administration.
It is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multi task, work flexibly and have a positive approach to work, as no two days will be the same.
Previous experience of running effective administrative support is essential along with an understanding of confidentiality and discretion. Any relevant HR experience would be beneficial; however, training will be provided. Candidates should ideally have experience of working with HR, have excellent communication skills and a good level of education. The ability to build good relationships with staff and students is essential. A high level of confidentiality will also apply to this role.
We are looking for someone who will be available for 18 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year) Ideally over 3 days, and there is some flexibility for the right candidate.
