Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with staff, parents, and external professionals. Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and personal growth. Use innovative and adaptive teaching strategies to meet a variety of learning styles and needs. Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, ensuring each child reaches their potential. Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to provide the best support for students. Requirements: As a SEN Teacher, you will: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience teaching students with SEN. Strong knowledge of SEN teaching techniques and strategies. Experience supporting students with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or physical impairments. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to teaching. A thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection protocols.
