About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Commercial Sales Coordinator to support our Head of Commercial and ensure the smooth running of commercial operations. This role involves handling telesales activities, processing sales orders, managing customer relationships, and performing administrative tasks to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Telesales & Customer Engagement
1. Conduct outbound telesales calls to generate leads and build & develop customer relationships.
2. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
3. Maintain a premium level of customer service to enhance & ensure client satisfaction.
4. Create customer feedback questionnaire for monitoring of regular Quality Control/Assurance.
5. Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
6. Maintain and update internal CRM systems with customer details, tariffs and order progress.
7. Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for the management team.
8. Coordinate with suppliers, partners and internal teams to ensure proficient product delivery & revenue/cost reconciliation.
9. Assist with contract management, pricing/tariff updates, and commercial documentation.
10. Handle general administrative tasks such as email correspondence, meeting appointments and schedules.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales support, telesales or commercial administration role.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, professional phone manner.
3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & industry software.
5. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
