About the role As a Property Services Coordinator, your primary focus will be supporting our Building Services Managers and the Head of Property Services with the delivery of responsive repairs to our homes, ensuring we’re managing damp and mould and property alteration cases. You’ll deliver excellent customer services by making follow up calls to customers, keeping them up to date with their case throughout. By maintaining high levels of data accuracy and robust reporting, you will contribute to continuous service improvement, playing a key role in ensuring Accent provides homes people can be proud of. Salary The spot salary for this post is £11,025 per annum (FTE £27,563 per annum) for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary. About you The ideal candidate will have experience in a repairs and maintenance environment, with excellent communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills at all levels. You should be able to collaborate effectively with teams across the business and demonstrate strong customer service skills. Timely information provision to ensure service delivery is essential, along with knowledge of finance and the ability to pick up bespoke IT systems quickly. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, as well as strong numeracy and literacy skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial. Additionally, an understanding of payment processes, the ability to assist contractors with invoicing management, and the capability to reconcile orders against invoices and address discrepancies are key responsibilities. Interviews Interviews will take place on 11 th April at our Peterborough office and will consist of some role related exercises and a final interview.
