Duties/Tasks:
Role – We are looking for a highly motivated, well organised enthusiastic individual to be part of our Customer Service Helpdesk to assist in achieving excellent customer service to clients by proactively managing reactive callouts and servicing visits in an organised and professional manner. Full job specific training will be provided.
Daily Tasks:
Using both in-house system/customer portals and excel spreadsheets, tasks include but are not limited to:
• Logging reactive visits
• Planning and scheduling Engineers works and booking in to customer sites
• Ordering parts
• Checking schedules / closing down jobs and chasing up any not closed
• Updating calls logged within our system with ETA’S on back-order parts
• Completing / updating reports
• Inputting / uploading data
• Monitoring / tracking KPI achievement
Other tasks include:
• Monitoring emails
• Answering telephone
• Filling out customer contact forms
• Resolving queries
• Booking accommodation for Engineers
• Scanning paperwork
• Supporting the Accounts department to resolve invoicing queries
The right candidate will play an important role in the day to day operation of the business and will need to be very organised, assertive and confident. They must be able to work on own initiative and must have high level of multitasking skills. It’s also essential that they can work as part of a team. Previous administration experience, call handling experience and good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential as are good communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
