Responsibilities:
1. Deal effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and in-person, offering advice and support throughout the conveyancing process.
2. Chase documentation, ID, mortgage offers, and searches to ensure smooth progression of cases.
3. Maintain updated records on our case management system and other relevant websites.
4. Provide exceptional service to clients and business introducers at all times.
5. Prepare necessary documentation for conveyancing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Skills & Attitude:
6. Strong administrative skills acquired in a previous office role.
7. Keen attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.

Experience:
