Position Overview: As an Insurance Sales Professional specializing in Income Protection Insurance, you will be responsible for selling income protection products through outbound telesales efforts. You will act as a trusted financial advisor, providing expert guidance to clients on how best to safeguard their income. This role requires a confident, results-driven individual who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits of income protection insurance.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through proactive lead generation and follow-ups.
* Assess clients' financial needs and recommend suitable income protection products that align with their circumstances.
* Deliver professional and compliant sales presentations tailored to each client's needs.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of income protection insurance products, industry trends, and regulations.
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
* Handle client objections and close sales effectively, ensuring a high conversion rate.
* Provide excellent post-sale customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
* Accurately record and manage client information in the CRM system, adhering to data protection regulations.
* Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
