Key duties include: Case Management: Book and oversee cases using the company’s case management system, ensuring timely and accurate updates. Client & Agent Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients and external agents, provide status updates, and ensure assignments are handled professionally and on time. Record-Keeping & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records, prepare formal reports, statements, and manage invoicing. Responding to Enquiries: Handle client and agent inquiries promptly and professionally. This role may expand to include support in other service areas, offering additional growth and learning opportunities. About You: The ideal candidate is: Organised & Efficient: Able to manage high caseloads and multitask with ease. Strong Communicator: Confident in handling phone and email communication, with a professional and approachable demeanour. Detail-Oriented: Committed to accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new systems. Adaptable & Flexible: Willing to adjust to changing needs and occasionally work outside standard office hours to meet client demands. Requirements: Prior experience in an administrative role is essential. Typing speed of 60 words per minute is a plus.
