“I started at Island Vets in 2013 after being in the profession for 30 years. I felt I wanted to settle down in a practice that had a local community and a team environment.
I have been at Island for 11 years and in that time, I have taken on several roles and developed a close relationship with our clients and felt part of a work family for all that time. The past 8 years I have held the position of branch manager at the Wombourne and Gornal practice, and I have always felt fully supported in my progression and could not imagine working anywhere else. Work-life balance is very high on our priority list at Island, and we promote this and accommodate this wherever possible.” - Sarah, Branch Manager
