* Conducting relevant investigations into non-conformances.
* Analysing problems, trends and reject product levels, creating corrective and preventative action plans.
* Creating, coordinating and delivering improvement plans to enhance efficiencies, quality standards and product specifications.
* Managing the approved suppliers record, linking the management of risk-based audits and ensuring relevant performance data is available.
* Working with suppliers to ensure product quality and support them in implementing robust corrective actions.
* Conducting supplier visits in the UK and Europe.
* Conducting supplier due diligence risk assessments.
* Managing the internal audit plan, taking into consideration all business accreditations, including ISO9001, ISO14001, Certifire, FSC & PEFC.

Additionally, if you have knowledge of FSC & PEFC chain of custody standards, European & UK Timber Regulations, ISO9001 & 14001 business management standards, this would be fantastic.
