Our client is seeking an Interim Regional HR Business Partner to join their team in Northamptonshire. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £48,000 plus car allowance, pro rata.
What you'll do:
* Provide HR advice to Site Manager and their management teams.
* Design and deliver effective people plans ensuring all areas of focus are included.
* Work closely with Site Manager to ensure survey action plans are created and delivered.
* Identify successors at every level of management structure and for key roles on site.
* Address underperformance using appropriate policies.
* Manage the implementation of Group initiatives and priorities.
* Deliver projects in line with legal obligations and company values including TUPE, restructure, redundancy etc.

* Proven experience in advising on HR associated matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence etc)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Adaptable/flexible
