Contract Manager - FM Service Provider - Corporate Commercial Building - London, St Paul's - Up to £65,000
Fantastic opportunity to work for an FM service provider in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to oversee all hard services across a commercial building located in London, St Pauls. The successful candidate will come from a technical M&E background, have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, and will have experience in the overall day-to-day running of hard services maintenance contracts. The candidate should be commercially aware (P&L, WIP, etc.) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. In return, the company is offering a competitive package paying up to £65,000 based on experience, further training, and career progression.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday - 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Report directly to the Account Manager
2. Manage agreed KPI and SLA's
3. Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on the contract
4. Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site
5. Recruitment of any new staff
6. Responsible for the development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals
7. Manage staff absenteeism and be responsible for disciplinary issues
8. Management of client relationships on a daily basis
9. Management of all reports
10. Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue
11. Offer technical support to both the client and the engineering team
12. Responsible for the permit system
13. Attend client meetings
14. Financial responsibility
Requirements
1. Qualified in an engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical); C&G, HNC, HND or higher
2. Experience of service delivery across a portfolio of commercial sites
3. Previous experience of managing an engineering team
4. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
5. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients
6. Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills
