Description
As a Personal Assistant your responsibilities will include:
Efficiently managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
Providing administrative support to executives
Responding promptly to queries and requests
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients as needed
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systemsProfile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
