Digital Design Manager

The Role:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping our client meet growth and brand objectives. Working as a part of the marketing team, you will deliver award winning designs to help activate their digital marketing channels and the company brand. As a part of the role, you will also participate in larger strategic design initiatives. You will be an outstanding digital designer with a portfolio that proves deep experience creating impactful and disruptive creative to stand-out in a heavily competitive environment. Main duties and responsibilities:
Build world-class creative content to help activate digital marketing channels:
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, content and wider business stakeholders to create digital ads that generate strong performance when it comes to engagement.
* Develop and deliver impactful creative for the social media channels. This will include developing infographics, ads and video content for:
* LinkedIn
* Facebook
* Instagram
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimise email marketing templates to be used on the HubSpot platform.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimise landing pages to harvest traffic into leads. This will include:
* Developing concepts in Figma
* Iterating with stakeholders
* Developing graphics to bring the concept to life
Develop and design graphics as well as other creative assets that help deliver brand and business development objectives:
* Design and deliver event invitations
* Work with stakeholders across the business to bring to life designs for events
* Collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the business to develop powerpoint presentations for both strategic and tactical purposes
* Develop and design graphics and images for the website
Participate in large strategic design projects:
* From a marketing perspective, help progress the website to meet growth and brand goals
* Help champion the development of marketing led digital tools to progress traffic through the funnel
* Work with the product team to ensure marketing design objectives are aligned and baked into larger strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
* A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of digital design work including examples of work that has generated high levels of engagement in the digital channels
* 5+ years experience in a digital design role
* Experience producing a wide range of digital assets such as email, display ads, landing pages and interactive graphics
* Deep understanding of the digital marketing channels and developing creative to create engagement
* Experience optimising content using data-driven insights to tailor designs for various audience segments
* Experience working with UX and UI designers
* Experience working in a fast pace environment delivering high quality creative solutions autonomously
* The ability to work quickly from concept to finished product
* Exceptional organisational and technical skills
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to quickly deliver enhancements to digital creative
* Exceptional problem solving skills
Technical Skills:
* Advanced skills in digital design skills, Adobe, Figma, Creatopy and other platforms
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS and other responsive design principles
* Experience creating video content
