Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting solicitors with case preparation, including care proceedings, child protection matters, and other public law family cases.
* Preparing and drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles.
* Liaising with clients, courts, barristers, local authorities, and other third parties.
* Conducting legal research and ensuring compliance with legal aid requirements.
* Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
* Attending client meetings and court hearings to provide support where required.
* Handling initial client enquiries and assessing eligibility for legal aid.
