Business Development Manager - Cleanrooms
Well-established and respected Techcompany with large scale Projects for major clients. Specialist cleanroom manufacturers to various sectors including: Pharma, Medical, F1, Automotive, Nuclear, Government & High level R&D. Requires Sales / BDM / Commercial Manager background for Cleanroom sector.
THE COMPANY: Leading brand for specialist equipment design and build of equipment required for household names. Our client has expanded and now requires a dedicated BD Manager. We are currently fulfilling the role on behalf of the client. You will have very good experience in Clean room sector.
Role
* Commercial Manager to Lead the Sales Function to drive new business and develop sales strategy.
* Responsibility for Sales, Market positioning and extending the Product offering.
* Mix of new and existing business: Responsible for building relationships and growing accounts with existing clients and also winning new business.
* Work with Marketing to Devise and execute new ideas for Business Development campaigns.
* Future Proof by using market knowledge & working with Product Development Team.
* Meet clients, Attend Events, webinars, content creation and getting involved with renewables. The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, the ability to work in cross-cultural teams, and strong decision-making abilities.
Essential skills and experience
* Commercial / Technical Sales / Business Development.
* Background in Cleanroom Sector.
* Commercial / B2B Business Development processes and technologies.
* Experience in leading Sales & BD function/ team.
* Ability to promote and sell technical solutions.
Advantage:
* Scientific / Technical Sales background in order to understand client requirements.
* A background in the cleanroom industry would be highly advantageous.
* ISO 14644.
