ABOUT THE ROLE
We wish to appoint a confident and enthusiastic HLTA to work in our Student Support Base. You will have a particular focus on students with SEMH and Emotionally Based School Avoidance issues, and show both empathy to the needs of those struggling to engage as well as be passionate about developing strategies to increase their involvement in learning. You will play a pivotal role in developing a strong partnership between students, families, and school.
