We are looking for an experienced Clinical Team Secretary to join our friendly team within Rushcliffe Community Therapy.
This role provides administration support to our team based in Rushcliffe.
Our service offers at-home rehabilitation services to people requiring physical rehabilitation and support to enable timely discharge from hospital, as well as preventative and proactive intervention to maintain physical health and wellbeing. Our team consists of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners, and Community Rehabilitation Assistants providing rehabilitation support for adults to enable them to improve their function, maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
The post holder needs to have a flexible approach to work and the ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide an efficient secretarial/administration support service.
2. Produce high-quality reports within agreed deadlines as required.
3. Undertake office duties including diary management, message management, opening and distributing mail, operation of brought forward systems, and dealing with telephone calls and enquiries.
4. Production of documents, typing, photocopying, collating of documents, and electronic filing as well as general administration support services.
5. Deal with requests and enquiries and forward them to the relevant team member.
6. Facilitate meetings/investigations, producing and circulating agendas, recording attendance, and accurate minute taking.
7. Support with system one.
8. Support new starters with IT set up, Obs kits, system one, and induction to new systems.
9. Collect and maintain accurate team information regarding training undertaken, Clinical Supervision, and any other database.
10. Support and collect the data for the service as required.
11. Ensure that accurate work is completed within the time limits and standards set.
12. Work effectively both independently and as a team member.
13. Resolve or signpost queries from patients, carers, internal departments, and external agencies as appropriate.
14. Undertake any other duties that would be a reasonable expectation of the role.
