Job Description:
My client is seeking a meticulous and organised Temporary Document Controller to join their well-respected engineering company. The successful candidate will be responsible for scanning, filing, and electronic filing of audit paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scanning and filing of physical documents
2. Electronic filing and organization of audit paperwork
3. Ensuring all documents are accurately labelled and stored
4. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
5. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
1. Strong attention to detail
2. Excellent organizational skills
3. Proficiency in using electronic filing systems
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Previous experience in document control or a similar role is preferred
