Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
2. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
3. Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to enhance team performance.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including employee files and office policies.
5. Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing personnel records.
6. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders, fostering a positive workplace culture.
7. Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and assist in budget management.
8. Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries or directing them to appropriate personnel.
9. Implement organisational systems to improve efficiency within the office.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in an office management or administrative role.
2. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficient in using QuickBooks and other office software applications.
5. Experience in supervising teams and managing human resources functions is advantageous.
6. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards of work quality.
7. Computer literate with sales and office-based task handling experience is preferred.
