The Role
As a BDM, you’ll manage existing client accounts while actively hunting for new business opportunities. This role is ideal for:
* An ambitious sales professional with at least 3 years of client selling or account management experience, ready to take the next step in their career.
* A seasoned sales professional with proven success in driving new business, ideally with experience working in a small but growing company.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and grow client accounts.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
* Collaborate with project management, support, and the wider sales team to deliver tailored solutions.
* Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that articulate the value of our services.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably within the professional services or tech industries.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and client needs.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* A valid driving licence and access to your own car for commuting and client meetings.
* Experience in a growing company environment is highly advantageous.
What We Offer
* Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 base, with uncapped earning potential (OTE £60,000-£80,000 in Year 1).
